We can conduct metal grating maintenance in many ways, including but not limited to:

• If we choose fasteners for metal grating installation, it will not damage the anti-corrosion coating on the surface of the metal grating. We shall check the fasteners regularly to see if the fastener screws are going to loose. If there is any sign of loose, tighten the screws immediately.
• If we choose welding for metal grating installation, it will be installed in a easy and simple way with a low cost. Then we need to spray anti-rust paint of the same color on weld joints to avoid corrosion from weld joints when the welding is completed. We shall check weld joints regularly. If the anti-rust paint is found to fall off, polish off the previous anti-rust paint off and repaint a new coating.
• Clean up the garbage scattered on the surface of the metal grating timely, especially the pollutants with corrosive characteristics. Ventilate the surface of the metal grating as much as possible.
• Anti-rust paint is easy to fall off in places of frequent use due to constant friction. We shall check and paint these places timely to extend the service life of the metal grating.
• For metal gratings that need to be bolted, especially metal stair treads, we shall check the bolts regularly to avoid the risk of loose bolts. When the bolts are installed, spray another layer of anti-rust paint on the bolts.
• If hidden dangers like cold solders or solder skips are found at the welding points of the metal grating, we shall carry out repair welding immediately, and then spray anti-rust paint when the repair welding is completed.
• If metal grating is found to be damaged, such as deformation arising from serious impact, we shall replace the metal grating timely to avoid danger.
